The afterlife does not exist, for any animal, including humans.
Anyone who says otherwise, or gives me a thumbs-down, is a weak human who prefers to wrap themselves in the comfort of fairy tales instead of facing reality.

Yes, they do the same as the human spirit does. As a Medium I have had several animals come through to me so their owners know that they are still around. I could not make it up as the people were strangers to me and I described their animals exactly as I saw them which was confirmed by them. All those who condemn the fact that there is life after death will know the truth when their spirit returns to the Spiritworld. Until they have proof that it doesn't exist why do they abuse us who do have proof that it does?

In the religions believing in 're-incarnation', the animal-being is a stage in the cycle of re-births(Karma), so they have a life, may be in a lower or higher form, after death. In Islam, animals shall be resurrected along with humans, given the recompense, then annihilated. No after life. The Asker's words are:"do you think"? In matters ontological, thinking is not possible by humans of our level.

Yes, but not with a "soul" that is measured on the life just lived as we would know it. I think their energy survives death and is available to spend time with us, just like they do on earth....
For those answering this question as a "no", think about it.....assuming heaven exists would you say no to plant life, rivers, mountains, etc. being in heaven? Just because they do not have a soul as we know it does not mean they won't be in heaven. I can't imagine a heaven without also being able to see and create the beauty of what we experienced here on earth.

I have a hunch that when the Lord returns at the end of time and makes everything new, then the animals will be there also. He made them so why should they go into oblivion?

If there is a Heaven, it would be a very p*ss poor place without animals. Not worth the bother really.

i think of so. i does not choose to bypass to a heaven with out animals, it can be quite boring. just to make sparkling, the bible would not particularly say something approximately animals not likely to heaven. there is even a narrative a pair of donkey given the ability of speech so he could save his grasp. So i think of animals are additionally particular to God and could bypass to heaven.

No. Nothing has life after death. It's foolish to think that there's some intangible thing that can survive the death of the physical body.
Everything living dies and everything dead rots. As the French say, c'est la vie.

Lev 17:13 And whatsoever man there be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, which hunteth and catcheth any beast or fowl that may be eaten; he shall even pour out the blood thereof, and cover it with dust.
Lev 17:14 For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof: therefore I said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: whosoever eateth it shall be cut off.
