One thing that could help is to sleep with a humidifier in your room. This has helped my daugther's skin.

You need to get a nice scrub to remove the excess skin first. I like to use Mary Kay products, but you could use a St. Ives scrub as well. The key is to not rub too hard. Let the product work for you. Rub the product (a small dime sized portion) wetted down on your face in small circles for a min or so. Rinse. Pat dry your face with a clean towel and then use a light moisterizer. Again, I prefer Mary Kay but there are alot of good products on the market. Stay away from any alcohol heavy products to scrub or clean your face. You will always have dry skin ( I have the same problem), but if you get in the habit of a good face cleaning regime it should be managable. Good luck!

It is most likely psoriasis. I have had it for 12 years. I have seen dermatologist's for it. there are treatments for it but not cures. Just know that it is not a skin disease, it it a cell disease and it is linked to rheumatism. It is triggered by stress and a few other things. it is hereditary and lays dormit in your body until something triggers it. Sun tanning helps some. you can go to a tanning salon. and if you have insurance they might even reimburse you for it if it is recommended or light treatment is prescribed by your doctor. Their are a lot of web sites you can also look to for help. I hope I helped a little. Good luck.

Dry skin always so irritating...I hate it so much...I suggest you try using Zenmend Derma Lotion from Zenmed or Autopalm from Skinstore.com.

Zenmed has no side effects and it's non-irritant to the
skin. It's proven to works fast and it povides Maximum
results! It's certainly a good lotion to prevent further
outbreaks.

Another product that I think is effective is Atopalm. This dry skin mlm is one of the best seller at skinstore.com now. (Skinstore.com holds more than 10,000 skin care products) It's pretty effective, and worth the dollar paid out.

The blotches are probably from dehydrated skin. You could try Udos Choice oil. you can either take it in liquid or capsules or you can put some on cotton wool and rub it into your skin.

Sounds like eczema. My daughter had it on her eyelids and her pediatrician told us to use aquaphor (its a diaper rash medicine). Its safe to use around your eyes, it worked very well. You can also see a doctor and get a steroid cream.
