Outlook (not Outlook Express) is more a business tool than just an email reader. Not only can you read email, but you can:

- manage contacts
- manage appointments
- manage tasks
- write down notes

In a business environment, you'll be able to read other peoples' email and view their appointments (if you have the rights, of course).

Also, if you have a PDA, Outlook will synchronize with them and you'll be able to have your data "on the go".
