since itz dark n cold n lotz of exams, i am so lazy n have no energy. i wanna always eat chocolate...
i want to stop with this ****.

caffeine which chocolate has plenty of is a major component in your long term energy levels. it robs your body of water and you need water for your systems to operate efficiently.
try replacing soda for water and cut down on the chocolate.
you will be suprised how much better you feel.

Get more sleep :)

Taking power naps is always very beneficial to me. Lay down for about 20min ..and no longer than 20min!! I guarantee you'll feel better.

drink green tea, fruit juices and eat a gppd hot breakfast
Stay away from pills and Mountain Dew, Coke and other soft drinks.

Exercise, go for a walk, do sit ups, do something!!! It will not only help physically, but mentally as well. Make time for it.

eat small meals throughout the day. it keeps ur sugar levels up..and metabolism up. drink enough water too.
