I have a long driveway with an exit at the other end; however, I prefer to back out of my driveway as I am exiting to leave in the other direction. The neighbor blocks that access and says "you can just go out the other way". His guests block my driveway.

Since your neighbor and his guests are being rude, talk to the property manager. There are most likely community by laws / rules including not parking in such a way to block other tenants cars.
Ask the manager to enforce the rules. If he/she says they have to see it, ask if time stamped photos would prove it.
Be nice to the manager. He/she is only doing either job and hopefully being fair about it.
Also if you have on site security, call them when it happens. They may be authorized to have the vehicles towed if not moved.
The drive way needs to be clear for several reasons especially if any type of emergency services are called to your home and need quick access to the house.
Also ask the manager about putting up no parking signs in front of your drive.
Best of luck.

You probably have a manager at the trailer park and they would be the proper authority to address the problem. Should they choose not to get involved contact your local law enforcement agency and ask them to address the problem for you, You might want to consider whether it is worth the animosity you will incur, since you do have access from another drive. If all else fails there are remedies in civil court and an issue like this would be best pursued in small claims court.

If it’s public street and legal then nothing legally you can do But I most say Rus posted some very good ideas on making it difficult for the person to park their car in that spot, Remember though if the car is park legally and you hit it coming out of your drive way you are liable

Report him to the manager of the park. It is illegal to block a drive way. He has no right to use the entrance of your driveway as his personal parking space. Next time he does it call a tow truck and have his car towed at his expense!

No one has the right to block a driveway. Call the police.

But do not use 911 it isn't an emergency.
