Granola bars, fruits, yogurts, pop tarts, There's plenty of good to go foods. Go to your grocery store and check out the cereal isle, the cold food, and veggie section. Its amazing what you can find that you never tried when you take the time to look up and down each isle.

Not to take insult to injury but why is this question in the dental section? Should this be under food category?.Hun,"Breackfast" is spelled breakfast. Since you had asked, They have cereal on the go bars, nutrigrain bars, granola bars or yet, you can pop in a microwavable breakfast sandwich for less than what you get ready for school and you can eat it along the way.

Why don't you try eating a Nutrigrain or Breakfast Cereal bar. Have that and an apple or bannana. That should at least provide you with some nutrition in the morning.
Breakfast is very important - its the most important meal of the day.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Granola bars are a good suggestion but they are not the most nutritious food you could eat.
Be VERY careful on the ones you choose.
Look for the amount of sugar and fat in the bar you choose to buy. The lists of ingredients and values should be on the box so check out each package for low sugar and low fat before you choose. You do not want to put yourself into a glycemic (sugar) accident by loading your body up on the wrong types of food.

Try cereal or granola bars and juice.
If you're not hungry that early in the morning, try a smoothie or milkshake. Bagels, rolls, muffins, and other portable products are also an option, especially if you have time to top them with something healthy first...like peanut butter or natural jam.

bananas are the best thing ever for breakfast! It takes ages to digest them, you can eat them as you go, and it counts as one of your fruit and veg portions.
I also carry around a little bag of seeds/nuts/raisins to snack on in the car on my way to work.

I am not good at eating breakfast either. I like to use those yogurt shakes, they are quick and simple.
