Just eat sensible and work out. It's not like if you eat more than 400 calories a day you will become fat. Actually, if you eat only that many calories a day, your body will not burn fat cause your body goes into starvation mode and saves all the fat, and blah blah blah, sounds like you have heard this before.
All you have to do to stay thin it to eat healthy and exersice. Simple as that. Don't eat lots of fried food or take out or things with alot of calories or fat. And go to the gym 3 times a week, run, lift some wieghts, and you should be fine.
Remember: To lose weight, you HAVE to eat so your body doesn't take away from muscle and leaves the fat just sitting there!
P.S. - THAT GUY UP THERE THAT SAID GO AHEAD AND FAST PERIODICALLY IS STUPID AND SHOULD GO SHOVEL COW MANURE, YOU SHOULD NEVER FAST EVER, THAT ACCOMPLISHES NOTHING BUT THE LOSS OF MUSCLE AND THE STORAGE OF FAT! NEVER FAST!!!!

no, you're not underweight, but you don't need to lose weight either. There's absolutely no way you can gain any weight unless you eat over 2500 calories...even if you don't exercise. However, I recommend that you exercise (muscle weight is necessary) and eat healthy (around 2500 calories..). You'll feel the energy levels come back fast. Good luck.

It sounds like your weight is good. All you need to do is maintain weight. Ask your doctor. They should give you a diet chart of what to eat. Like it will have what to eat breakfast lunch and dinner for one week. My doctor did for me, when I umm had similiar problems.

Please consult a nutrition expert and get diet plan from him/her. Do not cut/add food to your daily diet without consulting the experts. The food allowed will be tailored for yout body type and history of anorexia. So not do-it-yourself please.
