You might be surprised to learn that many of us that were in Vietnam in the early 60s thought that the conflict in Vietnam was a little deal, and that Vietnam would be used as a staging aria for war against Laos. At that time Laos was in far more danger of falling to the domino theory than was South Vietnam.

The U.S. bombed the Hochimin path that still ran by way of Laos. they had many targets in the region at the same time with Cambodia. The North Viet Cong used those worldwide places to get into the South, additionally they stashed weapons and gasoline in those places, and that's the reason they have been bombed.

Depends on which Vietnam you are refering to. A large number of squadrons operating (in secret?)out of Ubon airfield in Thailand dropped many tons of bombs on the Laotian portion of the Ho-Chi-Mhin trail, more than were dropped in South Vietnam.

Not to be confused with the number of bombs dropped on Hanoi in North Vietnam... That is considerably more.

Off the top of my head i would say no. Pilots had orders not to return with any bombs or rockets and to unload them over Cambodia and Laos as the enemy was crossing boarders.
