The largest collars for sale in my area (even special order) are only 30". My 11 month old Saint has such a block head we can barley get that on over it. I am sure he is still growing because he is still Leggy. My boyfriend makes them for me but, they arent as strong.

You mean a SLIP type???
MAKE one!

You can find"O" rings,snaps,nylon cord,etc. at any hardware store.

The reason is because you should not be slipping any collar over the head on blocky-headed dogs. The head is too big to allow an even close to correct fit on the neck. You use snap on collars that use the actual neck size, not the head size. They are safer, since the collar can fit correctly and not put pressure on the trachea.
I have giant block-headed dogs also and have NEVER used anything that goes over the head.

For metal chokers and cotton chokers, they make great ones that snap or toggle,

Try a halti or gentle leader- they're more effective than slip-collars anyway, and they make sizes to fit Saints.
