Taking in more calories than your body uses. The excess calories are stored in the form of fat. Too not have the calories be stored as fat you must burn them all up no matter what your lifestyle and metabolism are. This is not always an easy thing to achieve because our bodies needs change from day to day and are effected by many factors i.e. heredity, excercise, medication, age, etc.

There are a lot of factors.
THE MOST important factors is Failing to Exercise!
I do Exercise Everyday, and I eat 'much at once' Everyday!
And I am the healthiest!
SO, First is Exercise, Walking, Running, and NOT using CAR at ALL! Cycling is the best!

Taking in more than you need. A person that has the right balance between calories and exercise can eat anything!
