I have observed woman in my work area, and i noticed that they seem to flirt more with married men then the single ones. What is womens intent with toying with the idea of married men. I get flirted with all the time and everyone knows i am married to an extremely attractive woman, and i am told that i am very handsome(not just by my wife), and yet think in their dirty little minds think any man is attainable? I would like females to answer this please, because I have come to the conclusion many years ago that i will never understand woman. My wife says its because it's the challenge of having someone elses property? any ideas?

Its because they like to tease the guy because they know that he is married and doesnt have a chance with them. Its kinda flaunting that they are not tied down and the guy is.

Yes I think your wife makes a good point about having someone elses property.
Additionally if it is well known you are married, the flirting can stem from this. Females must appear to act professional. Workplace affairs are not popular amongst management. They may enjoy harmless interaction from you knowing it is safe. Lord knows females don't get along with each other at work well. They can be sneaky, back stabbers, and make male counter parts look docile.

I don't understand it. A man becomes instantly sexless to me if he is married. Could it be just harmless workplace interactions to make the day go smoother? Some women still think they have to act like sex kittens to get ahead in the workplace.

being honest here i think women love the fact that they cant have someone so it is their intent to prove themselves wrong and if they can get the gold then they have struck lucky..sounds daft but i think men can be the same..there is something that looks so good in front of you..you cant have it...so you try too just so you can say 'i can' to give yourself a boost of confidence...sounds bizarre but thats what i think!!xx

you can believe your wife, but this is what i think.
The reason why woman flirts with married men are because:
1/the unmarried men are ugly, that's why they're single
2/they think stealing men away from their wives are cool, and sexy, try to show that they are better than your wife
