Read your TV and Panasonic Home Theater System's owner's manual. If your Panasonic system has an HDMI connector, use that. Otherwise, use either the component video connections, digital coaxial, or the standard audio/video cables.

I don't think so, youshould be able to use it with any tv, and panasonic is a great brand. You should call the store you bought it from and inquire over there.
