ITS BEHIND NOT AHEAD AND ITS 6 HOURS

The Cayman Island run on Eastern Standard time year round. They do NOT observe daylight savings time.
Time in Cayman is always GMT -5hours.
When it is winter in London, and they are not observing Daylight Savings Time, the time difference is 5 hours.
When it is summer in London and they are observing Daylight Savings Time, it is a 6 hour time difference.

Grand Cayman runs on central standard time, same as Chicago, USA so if it is 12:00pm in Harrods then it will be 5:00am in Grand Cayman, so I would wait until 3:00 pm or later to make any phone calls or someone is going to be really pissed off.just to make it safe I would wait until 6:00pm. I hope that clears things up.
