If you have an approved I-797 form, you can make an appointment for visa interview at the US Embassy to apply for your H1-B visa. Here is the embassy's page which explains the application process:

hello good theory pimpy. maybe if I grow to be a canadian I won't fall on the OW in view that nicely this is purely too chilly for an OW in Canada. Oh and BatILF their isn't something incorrect with humping goats.
