Dieting isn't the answer to your problem...you need a life style change...more fruit and fibre and plenty of exercise..not for a few weeks forever....

Losing weight is more about counting calorie intake than exercising. For example, you would have to jog at least a half hour just to burn the calories in ONE beer. Same thing with food. Learn what foods have the most calories, and avoid them . Here's a tip.... a big salad has less than 150 calories (with low-cal dressing) and will fill you up. You can eat all the vegetables you want. Things to avoid would include high carb foods like junk food. Fat is another one to avoid. Here's another tip: you get around 1600 to 2000 "free" calories a day. That's how many you burn a day just living and breathing. Learn more here: http://www.drmcdougall.com

not allowed? how old are you?
find out the correct weight for your age avoid junk food and fast food eat only to the point where you feel full and only natural foods like fruit, veg and the reccomended helping of meat
going on a diet does not work if you plan to just push it for a while
you need to change your lifestyle
I am 23 6,1 i weigh 72kg and I can jog 16km no trouble I can also lilift my own weight and work 12 hour shifts without breaking a sweat..this has always been my regime and i always feel fit

Stop eating junk food, tell you parents you want to watch you nutrition for a school project counting the amount of protein you intake vs fats and carbs. start running, that's what we do in the army, but like you said yourself you are still young and have lots of growing to do, don't worry eat right now and you will make a fine adult

ummm.. ok... if you work out, you need to get above your regular heart wieght (ie: do cardio machines like rowing, running, spinning ect....) Also, eat healthy.Moniter how much fat you take in per day and try to cut back. This isn't considered a diet, its just considered healthy eating<3 Your probably just fine but you feel insecure. :)

Replace all junk food that you eat with fruit. If you cut it out completly you will just crave it more and then binge on it. So try eating more fruit and leave out any sugary beverages. They are just empty calories. Good luck.

you shouldn't 'go on a diet.' however, you can eliminate all refined sugar from your food - or most of it, anyway. if you cut out sodas, cookies, chips, bread and other such items, you will have lots of success.
