I have heard many stories of Angles looking like men, so I would think demons can also since they are fallen angles.

the typical way they manifest is through the embodiment of a human subject.

there were nefilum in anicent times, but when they were all killed by King David, they lost their bodies and becamse disembodied spirits. So, they need to find a willing host to inhabit to physically manifest.

Sin opens the door to possession. There are people everywhere who manifest demonic activity all the time....but others just think they have "personality issues." General rule - if they act bad stay away from them.

Yes Demons can take on the form of a man or a woman. They are given that power which enables them to help deceive us. They do it to think that a person's spirit is still on Earth, when indeed it is not.

Evil, unclean, and familiar spirits are the "ghosts" that people see. I believe that demons have more of an important job in assisting with Satan and giving out orders to those spirits that are in the Bible(the evil, unclean, familiar).

Prince Viggo is the scourge of Maldavia. He manifested himself through a painting in the NY Metropolitan Center for the Arts. A bit of positively charged pink ectoplasm and some ion beams from a couple particle accelerators, combined with an attacked from an ectoplasm-animated Statue of Liberty took care of him in short order. Human beings can do some amazing things I've learned. I imagine a
demon could do that. But not all evil beings are demons. There are
beautiful beings in High places, that are prideful and controlling!

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

There are no demons. There is only God and what God created. What God created can be only Good. That is, Good without opposite.

When the world finally realizes the power of belief, demons will stop appearing. It is belief and only belief that brings the images of such things. Beyond this belief, they simply do not exist.
