1. the stomach is not your abdomen, honey! Sit ups are supposed to work out the abs, and that has absolutely nothing to do with the stomach! go to http://www.innerbody.com/htm/body.html and learn a little about the muscular and digestive system of the body.
2. an 11 year old girl can not do 200 sit ups without a break. Come on, don't lie to us
3. during puperty you WILL gain weight, no matter what you do. it's the natural way of becoming a woman. Of course I'm not saying "don't work out", but why don't you join a sports club instead? Your body is not set to have a six pack yet!

That's a lot of situps. I'd diversify my exercises more -- a lot more -- if I were you.
Go for more total-body workouts -- arms, shoulders, back, obliques (your sides of your lower torso), legs, as well as the situps.
If you diversify your exercises more, you won't have to do quite so many situps.
Finally, do some form of aerobic exercise -- running, walking, rollerblading, whatever -- first thing in the morning.
First thing in the morning is when your body is in peak fat-burning mode. The benefits to your waistline -- and to your overall health -- will be quite noticeable.

you contracted your muscles wayy to many times than they are used to so now they are having spasms. take a muscle relaxant, like ibuprofen, and try stretching out your muscles. be more careful next time darling.

when you use muscles you're not used to using, you get aches in them. breakfast might be important, but not when your stomach hurts.
you don't have to exercise less, but you should expect muscle aches when you exert yourself a lot or in different ways.
