yesterday i woke up 165 today i woke up 171 and in the morning i felt bloated not only that i have been lifting weights i have noticed i have alot of energy i can lift more weight but yeah how do i turn my body from freak to sleek, my body is freaky hard arms hard gluts and legs hard fore arms everything is hard except for my stomach wich is soft it feels weird i look like a freak anyway to go from freak to sleek
