Wait a few day then call her. You do not want to seem to anxious. Plus, you want her to want to call you, so waiting a little bit will just build up her appetite for you.

She could have lost the number call her. If she doesnt respond the way you wanted and she was being nice by giving you her number and a kiss move on.

you haven't mention how long has it been. call her but not just to chat. have a plan like "hey, ___(movie) is playing, would you like to go?". hear what she has to say. once you hear her reply, you'll know where you stand.
