Well I would try one of those organic root stimulators. They seem to do very good for my family.

Grease doesnt make hair grow. Keeping it healthy and moisturized so it wont break off is the trick to growing black hair. Let the hair go natural (no chemicals or processing) while letting it grow and get a good conditioning oil/grease to keep it moist. Also a deep conditioner placed on hair, wrapped in a plastic bag or towel, and placed under a hair dryer for 15 minutes once or twice a week would help alot.
