I wake up about 5 hourse earlier than normal for days. Is this insomnia? Any tips on how to stay aslleep longer, I dont have trouble falling asleep, just staying asleep. What condition is this called?

Are you depressed? I believe that is one of the signs.
You could use this time to your advantage by doing something creative.
My solution is to get up and make a cup of coffee, then go back to bed and read. It isn't long before I'm asleep again. For some reason, coffee works for me when I have insomnia. I think they call it the paradoxical effect.

i guess you shoul eat more at night. more you eat might make you feel sleepy. eat fat free or just a bit more oily food, dont worry about your weight. also go to a doctor and ask what can be done about it

no. just see ur doctor there is a medication appropriate for u um i saw the advertisement just ystrdy don t worry just ask ur doctor its not depression and there is a medicine for it!
