If you REALLY want to get rid of the relationship, you just need to be as honest as possible w/out being cruel....explain to her that you just don't feel that there is enough compatiblity there to support a long-standing, happy relationship. If you 2 have a history of arguing/disagreeing just point the frequency of that out to her when she asks "what do you mean?"
If you DON'T really want to end the relationship, but are just tired of her nonsense then you need to try talking to her. You can approach it with the same info/facts as above but without making it sound "hopeless", tell her that it is something that bothers you about the security of the relationship and it is something that you both need to work on together.
Whichever your decision is for where you want the relationship to go, your best bet to handle it w/no regrets is just to be honest.

or
Flirt with another girl, and then look at your "now" girlfriend so she could know that it's over.

The proper way would be to talk it through with her, tell her whats wrong and then see if she can change whats annoying you. If she can't, dump her.
