You are just nervous and that is just Normal for us humans. Your testosterones are kicking in, and your fermones. Most likely you are picking up her fermones too. That will cause your heart rate to increase and make you feel that way.
Live it up and experience it because that feeling is usually hard to get. A friend of mine has been looking for that feeling for ages so enjoy it while it last...

I honestly cannot say...but i find the best way to get a conversation going is throiugh humour...That is what i always do and it seems to work!
