Thank you Carol M..I do the same thing...I do too much, and don't know when to stop. I get mad at myself, for doing too much, but so far I haven't felt used...just over burdoned, which I do to myself. Hard to pace ourselves, isn't it? Prayers for you, from me!

hmm, well to start with I am OCD- AND adult ADD- on top being BIPOLAR!
so my day, every day is a task, I start with praying to God just to let me be 'normal'
But I do and do and do, till I make myself so tired, then I dont sleep for day, I stay up all night cleaning, and rewashing dishes... and I am a mom of 3 teens.... so there.
all open, all honesty.
I do love honesty, it makes one have respect, and trust in another.
My strenghts are I am VERY good with ppl, I love the elderly, and have cared for them.
in my work place I deal with alot of sad ppl, I am there to hold them up... and I am a animal foster parent.........I am the happy go lucky, life of the party... but what MOST pple do not know that inside of me is a raging battle with all my illness'

My character strengths are my ability to stay positive even when things are going wrong. It takes far more worry and stress to think negative. I have a loving heart, I show kindness to people, and I am honest. I think a weakness of mine is that I am too trusting sometimes, so I am gullable. I am trying to improve that.
To me, a good character trait is honesty and being compassionate.

My strengths are also what can hurt me the most. Satan uses my strengths against me. I love to do for others, but my weakness is that I don't know when to stop. Because of this I end up being used badly, then my feelings get hurt. I must learn to place limits on just how much i should do for others, and not try to carry that burden all on my own. I wear my heart on my shoulder. And it gets beat up quite often. Your prayers are greatly appreciated.

Subjectively looking at issues without getting personalized.I am trying to improve my voice pitch.And also my mind that keeps on going astray sometime, being focused gets though.
