Should I carry out my stomach exercises everyday,or should I rest for a day between routines.

As a personal trainer i would say no as all muscles need time to recover.

Rest a day in between. You'll do more good giving your muscles a day to rest rather than overexercising them. Here is a great website about building muscle if you're looking into that sort of thing.

I have found that a combo of regular crunches and the ones you do to the side works well
