It depends if you are refering to a man or a woman
Yo lo conozco (a ustéd) - if you are refering to a man
Yo la conozco (a ustéd) - if you are refering to a woman
Yo te conozco or te conozco (a tí) - informal

i know you=te conozco(lo/la conozco is a polie way to say)la conozco for a girl that you know and lo conozco for a guy that you know

In Mexico they say le conozco. They don't differentiate between male and female. This could also mean, I know him/her, so to make it clearer, you might say, le conozco a usted.
