I don't think so, unless they want to work in the UK. I know that restrictions have been placed on the right to work here for Romanians and Bulgarians. Check the Home Office website, they may have some info that will help.

No, Romanians and Bulgarians will have right to travel to the UK visa free and spend up to 90 days there, but would not be allowed to work. Romanians and Bulgarians will still need work permits to work in the UK.
Also, a points program will be introduced, which will rate applicants from Romania and Bulgaria, who would want to work in the UK. A person with the required number of points would be given the right to work and settle in the UK.
Self employed individuals from the two countries would be free to work in the UK.

PS. To Mr. Bricklayer - why are you offending the asker? If he is not a UK native, his spelling is at least excusable. Can you spell perfectly well in a foreign language? By the way, I am not native UK also and I don't plan to move to the UK.

Hell I dont understand those visa any way, Is like some human beings can no longer enter in US because of the fact they're Romanians. i do no longer see why being Romanian is something undesirable for human beings....is in comparison to we'd desire to holiday 2 mil miles to get your jobs or something....i've got self belief your neighbour Hose is already doing that. hehehe no offence basically attempting to be humorous. If human beings save visas on Romanians is barely human beings loss. Romanians are favourite as a large spender while they circulate holiday so American tourism is lacking very lots of trip makers. i'm hoping Roumania will introduce comparable medical care at their borders for the human beings, and as quickly as human beings will see how humiliating is the ability of having visas they are going to drop it

From January, Romanians will not need a visa to enter the UK, but note that they DO need a work permit in order to work in the UK.
