Of corse you can bring your husband with you if you are married. He will need to apply for dependent visa. Here is the quote from ukvisa website.

Can I bring my husband, wife or civil partner and children with me?

Your husband, wife or civil partner and any of your children under 18 can come to the UK with you during your studies, as long as you can support them and live without needing any help from public funds.

You cannot take dependents with you on a student visa.

If you are married, your chances of getting a student visa decline significantly.

it is unlikely you will be able to take anyone (husband/fiance/pet/brother/friend) with you on a student visa. yet it depends on the country you are applying to. could they apply for a visa too?

Have him apply seperately from you, as he will also need a visa. Marry anywhere you please.
