You should totally get blond highlights, because they look really good with brown hair. But, don't get chunky highlights, because those look bad.

i have brown hair blue eyes and highlights are red but there all natural even highlights.but red might be good

i too hav same features as urs n i think blonde or else light blonde wud b fine 4 u but do take care of u r hair after it n condition them properly best of luck "HAPPY COLOURING"
