hell yes, my first/ ex wife went from 120 lbs to 280 lbs in a little over 18 months because 1 she had a baby and didn't try and exercise at all, she at like a voracious pig and bitched at anyone who told her otherwise. secondly she continued eating after said baby was born, would work or do anything but lay on the couch and scarf little Debbie cakes like she was jabba the hut. After this strange behavior and the many fights that came with it she lost all her excess poundage with a product called phen-phen, but since that's off the market she pushing 190 again, said to say shes the mother of my child. crazy people go from skinny to fat to skinny, its a sign RUN

How fat is fat? And could there be some event in their life that caused the change in body image?
Fat is more than just overeating, but a rather complex physiological and psychological condition. Before one judges, one must get to the core of things

You have to do what makes you happy. But what exactly is fat? And how skinny is skinny. The extremes are not healthy at all. If your talking sickly thin and morbidly obese than neither is okay. I would stay slender and healthy.

Depends on what you mean by fat. It is best to go by a chart for your height and weight. Being overweight leads to many varied health problems. Avoid it at all costs
