i think in the future there will be a fusion of religion, but it will be a fusion of spiritual understandin of the Universe fused with a physical undertandin of matter.

these religious disagreements and conflicts are the birth pains, but near "the end" (which is actually the "beginning") we will see a new art of understanding which utilises all of existence in an accurate context 2 format the Understanding (which is a form of comprehension without preconceptions or theories)

in order 4 mankind 2 get there, mankind must agree IN UNISON 2 go there, and th@ is what makes the situation "interesting", especially since many religions claim 2 be the only way

feel free 2 mail me 4 more info=)

If we survive long enough, I think religion will eventually be phased out as a matter of course. Ultimately humankind will come to realize the absurdity of religious belief and superstition and 'gods' will be shunted to the quaint little corner of mythology.

I just hope we don't lose our perspective and forget all the terrible things done in religions name even in these times of technological and scientific enlightenment.

The only thing standing in the way of your dream are the adherents to childish notions of gods and demons. These people who are very politically motivated and do not want to see a new age of enlightenment, but hope desperately for the end of the world, so that they can be 'raptured'. If not for these freaks, your dream might be realized sooner than you think.

It will be after Armageddon, when it is no longer needed. We will have everlasting life with 100% use of our minds. Once Earth is turned back into a Paradise, we will likely begin on the other planets in the Universe, since Earth can only hold so many people who don't die or age.

How we will get to the planets may be debatable. We might do it with just the power of the mind.

Great idea. Looks like Nietzsche's Will to Power.

26% of all the world's AIDS hospitals are run by the Catholic Church. Phase them out first.

Then you can phase out all the missionary medical clinics, food dispensaries, infant care centers, and nursing homes... I could go on and on.

True learning of ourselves? With Nietzsche's perverted view of man?

Question(s); Why would people want to go down to a 'every man for himself' level? Granted,, there are tests (plural) between what man (a false god) thinks, and the way God thinks; and some people have not 'passed' those 'tests' (even Christians of which I claim to be one); but does that justify eliminating (in man's mind) God and the tests?

The World Powers are working on it. With all the supressed UFO reports they know that the day will come when we make contact with intelligent life on other planets who are living without religion.

Um, my God does provide mind expansion, enlightenment, and wisdom. God, Bible studies also provide true learning of ourselves. We also help mankind.

No phasing out needed, we're here to stay.
Blessings to you and yours.

disagree with you. however, will not stop you from believing the way you want as free will is for all not just a few. if one person is denied their free will because of others disagreeing with their ideas then all of us are threatened.
