Prehistoric guy did certainly consume uncooked meat formerly hearth substitute into stumbled on, whether! his intestine substitute into greater proficient at coping with an infection than our intestine is today. you notice it works on natures theory that in case you do not use it, you unfastened it! What I propose with the aid of it somewhat is that in case you consume nutrients it somewhat is contaminated with germs and viruses, all nonetheless a brilliant style of you will fall sick or perhaps succumb with the ailment, lots off your tribe could survive, and in surviving your immune gadget could develop and triumph over those viruses interior the destiny. yet present day guy i'm afraid has not have been given the tummy of a prehistoric guy anymore, and he could succumb or substitute into very sick with the aid of contaminated nutrients very particularly. Have a brilliant day.

Depends where he lived as there wasn't a local Tesco. For instance in Scotland they would have lived off local fish and seafood from the sea or rivers. They would have grown oats (or used wild oats) and made bannocks. They would have eaten root vegetables and this made their teeth grind down to stumps (very attractive). They probably would have hunted deer, rabbits and wild boar (which were around then but sadly now extinct). Depends how early you are talking but they learned to salt food fairly early on to preserve it for the winter.

he was a hunter gatherer. I.E. he hunted animals and gathered berries/fruit.

He had fire - made it by rubbing wood or flint together. Or found it after there'd been a lightening strike.

If he had no fire he'd eat his meat raw.
