Yellow vegetables?
Large amounts of beta carotene (pumpkins, some squash, carrots of course) can cause the skin and eyes to take on a slight orangy cast, but we're talking about eating POUNDS of the stuff every day for and extended period.
Beans, leafy yellow veg and the like are just a little shy in the chlorophyll department and contain some other important vitamins, but the real dark green varieties (spinach, etc.) contain extremely important nutrients that shouldn't be avoided by anyone and especially children.
Yellow veg won't cause any harm, unless you're not getting enough variety!
Best wishes!

Yellow skin usually means jaundice - but not the result of eating yellow vegetables. A trip to the doctor's is called for.

Is that all you are feeding the child is yellow vegetables? Maybe they are tired of the same old thing, I know I would be.
Introduce something else for them to eat.

I had to eat only yellow vegetables for a time when I was a child. I had/have bad allergies. I was only allowed to eat squash, carrots, and corn.

Kids have a desire or distaste for certain foods because of color, texture, or color. Quite often when they become adults it changes. As a child you couldn't get me to eat olives and now I love them. Some children won't eat red things or green things. You learn to work around it and sneak it in. This is very common. Don't worry.
