Hand Treatment
* Soften your hands even while you do the dishes. Add a little almond oil (about a teaspoon) to dishwater. The water will soften rought skin while the oil seals the moisture.
* Slough off dead skin cells with a solution made of sea salt lemon. Brush it into hands with an old toothbrush. Do this twice a week to soften hands and remove discoloration.
* Wash hands thoroughly with warm water, then, using a coarse washcloth, rub briskly. While skin is slightly damp, apply a mixture of one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon olive oil. Place hands in small plastic bags, then in a pair of cotton gloves for thirty minutes. The heat helps the treatment penetrate.
* Warm a cup of milk in the microwave for thirty seconds (or until warm, but comfortable to the touch). Soak your hands for five minutes to strengthen nails and hydrate skin. Not only is milk loaded with lactic acid, a natural alpha hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates dead skin, but its high calcium content will strengthen fragile nails.
Before you go to bed, lavish on the Vaseline and then pop on a pair of cotton gloves. Your hands will be incredibly soft by morning.

Exfoliate them, and then moisturise. You might want to get an intensive moisturiser - I recommend hemp moisturiser, or one like Rosken Skin Repair (if it is available where you are). Carry the moisturiser with you, and apply during the day.

At night, wear moisturising gloves to bed.

Usually, you should only exfoliate once or twice a week, but if you haven't been looking after your hands, then you might want to do it a little more regularly (at least, at first). You can't change years of neglect, but you can certainly improve the situation and maybe turn back the clock a little!

Use heavy hand cream everynight before bed and optional gloves/socks.
Every other morning exfoliate your hands with raw sugar and olive oil. Use a heavy lotion afterwards.
Keep tiny travel size lotions with you all the time at work, school, car. Apply as often as you can.

moisturize, moisturize, and again moisturize! Moisturization is a key link to having beautifully soft hands. Jergens helps alot. Also Nivea, Neutrogena, and Aveeno. I use Aveeno on my hands and legs especially during winter. It makes them smooth. There's a special lotion from aveeno that helps you to shave less often. (yay) So, definetely keep moisturizing at a high! good luck

You mean dry? Everynite, before going to sleep, massage them with Olive Oil. If you are averse to the smell or worried about staining your bed linen, use hand lotion.

And as far as possible, avoid using harsh detergents - laundry and dishwashing soaps.

Stop eating instant noodles with their condiments provided. IT contains loads of MSG that causes rough/hard palms.
Apply hand lotion/cream before you sleep and after dish washing.
