I am not sure if you can tell by having sex that a women would be pregnant. I do know that a Dr. can tell by inserting his finger to feel for the swelling of the cervix. I knew I was pregnant and when my husband did the same thing as the Dr. usually does he felt the swelling. I don't think that you can tell through intercourse. But please don't try this if you don't know what your looking for. My husband did so that is a different story. You could hurt the mom to be if you don't know what your doing.

By the time any of those things that would be noticeable, you would notice a "bump" in her belly! No way to know by sex before the bump. Sensitive boobs, but that could also be caused by her period.
