You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

I am trying too. I have decided to cut out junk food. I won't miss it. Instead
I have a bowl with cut up veggies in the fridge which I snack on when I want.No alcohol is also a good way to cut down on calories. I will only have a glass
of wine on the weekends, not every day with dinner. Limiting bread
consumption will also help. Instead I have a couple crackers or melba
toast. I hope that by cutting back on some stuff I don't really need I will
lose some weight, but still stay healthy. I will
also try to get more exercise. This is the hard one for me since I have
a problem with my one heel. I can ride my bike as long as the weather
stays nice. After that I will have to find an indoor pool to swim, or a
stationary bike to buy. good luck to both of us.

What you need to do is make a heavy reduction in carbs, Eat lots of high protein food such as chicken and hard boiled eggs this will allow the body to feed off a lot of the stored fat. Now don't get rid of carbs into your diet just minimize the amount you take in a day you'll see your body trim up quick make sure your working out as well high reps low weight that will also trim you down let me know if this helps at all for you.
Also what i mean carbs I'm talking everything breads pastas even fruits can produce simple sugars that turn into carbs dairy will also produce fat the best bet is a meat and veggie diet all fresh things as well prepackaged food are garbage. This help you a lot i lost almost 20 lbs. in a month when i was trying to tone up.

First, what's your goal and do you have any idea what you are trying to accomplish? Try setting a reasonable goal and working towards it. If you don't know there are some excellent web sites to go to; www.generalhealth.com, www.womensfitness.com, www.woemenshealth.com, www.glycemicindex.com(this is a good one for knowing what foods to eat).
What I know you should not do is starve yourself by limiting your caloric intake. Definitely, reduce the amount of foods you eat but don't starve yourself. Remember, when the body begins to break down tissue for fuel it starts with muscle not fat. This is why people you only cut calories and not gain muscle mass always gain more weight back after they reach there "goal weight".
You need to do something, that is to say, stay active. Walk, jog, and or run; do sit-ups or crunches, push-ups or squats. If you like to do something more out of doors, skate or swim or whatever else you want to do.
You will find that the more active you are the harder it will be to stay still and the more fun you will have.
Good luck.

the reason you in all hazard seem such as you weigh below you do is through solid muscle groups that's a plus for you. You didnt particularly say how lively you're presently or how many energy you consume each and every day. As for a meal plan, you're able to have a serving of oatmeal in the morning with some fruit and a tumbler of milk. Then a pair hours later have a small snack like pinnapple. Then have a lunch like a sandwhich with a factor salad or a factor of vegi's. (merely confirm you get wheat bread that's no longer extreme in energy.) and then some vegi's for yet another snack and a dinner including fish or hen and a few steamed vegi's. you're able to artwork as much as doing longer cardio routines. presently I do a million - 2 a million/2 hours an afternoon of cardio and weight training. For my cardio artwork outs, in one consultation i'm going to do 30 minutes - 40 5 minutes on the motorcycle, 20 - 30 minutes on the eliptical, 20 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the stair stepper. That facilitates me no longer become bored. you're able to be switching up your artwork outs (your chum is sweet approximately that)... in case you are able to merely start up with 20 minutes an afternoon, and then as much as 30 minutes an afternoon and so on. confirm you do weight training besides. this would be a solid time to employ a private coach for one consultation or in an attempt to get an concept of what attempt to be doing. in case you connect a wellbeing club they could take you by each and all the machines and get you began that way. purely drink water and drink numerous it. it particularly is going to help help in dropping weight. once you're dealing with the two lb a week plan you're able to lose the burden in the subsequent 10 months. however you are able to lose as much as 5 - 10 lbs a week once you first start up. you would be wanting solid weeks and not so large weeks yet merely save on.

Make sure you are burning more calories than you are taking in. That is the only way to loose weight. Keep a food journal for awhile and write down everything you eat and drink along with the clories. Yep, it is a pain but it will clearly show you what you are doing wrong or right. It not only keeps track but it also helps you cut down. A lot of times we may think we are eating right but we are not. Also make sure you are doing cardio and a little strentgh training. They work great together and the results will come sooner.
