Yes, you can delete the quarantined module.

You almost definitely want to delete the quarantined objects, but I can also tell you that Ad Aware is not the only anti spyware program you should run. Even after cleaning your machine with ad aware, if you run a scan of Spybot Search and Destroy, you will still find even more adware/spyware infected files. I install both on all machines I clean, and even after that, when I install spyware doctor, I find even more. Such a shame that there is not just one spyware remover that takes care of everything =(

Delete absolutely everything that ad-aware finds. But don't rely solely on ad-aware. Some people might tell you to settle for one anti-spyware program. They might say that it will cause conflict between various programs if you have more than one. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM! It's best to have as many anti-spyware programs as possible in order for you to be as safe as possible. Other programs "catch" what other programs do not.

466 objects! You must have been looking at a lot of porn

Anything Ad-Aware finds, trash it.
