You have a job? If you're having 2 or 3 beers, then going to work, then I'd suggest you ask this question in the presence of your HR manager or supervisor.
Nobody thinks having a beer in the morning is a sin. lots of people work overnights and stop by a bar and have a beer or two to unwind before going to be in the morning.
If you're getting out of bed and having a six pack for breakfast and you're not nineteen years old any more, then I think you already know the path you may be on.

1 cor.3 has the following to say:
3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and [that] the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which [temple] ye are.
The body you claim is God's and His dwellijng place, God never intended that the human body He gave Himself on calvary for should be defiled, God would be with you and in you, the mind is the only way in which God can speak to you but IF the body is in such a condition that the mind is not able to operate then God is shut out, that is the sin, hay learn more free bible lessons www.itiswritten.com bible questions www.bibleinfo.com God bless, EMAIL me also wgr88@yahoo.com

You dont have to do all sins. And alcohol is one of the worst sins because it makes you drunk and takes your mind from you. Takes your self-control and then you can murder someone, stalk or steal etc. anything can be happen without your wish.

No sin is greater than the next, God considers them all the same. Sin is sin. It says in the Bible drunkards will not inherit the kingdom of heaven, but neither will a murderer if you don't repent and get saved.

It is only a sin if believe that it is a sin. The problem is control: are you able to choose not to drink in the morning?

Probably not more of a sin than coffee or soda if it don't make you drunk. We are supposed to be sober. Drunkards are not allowed into the kingdom of heaven.
Too much caffiene might keep you awake. Too much alcohol will bring you misery, no matter what your religion is.

beer in the morning is a sin?? really?
I drink alcohol in the morning too (I always put malibu or vodka in my hot chocolate, or whiskey in my coffee) and I don't think that's a sin. It tastes good, so it must be good, right? (well, except for your health, but who cares about that?)

in the bible, drinking is sin period. whether we christians follow it or not is upto us. just cuz something doesn't seem bad or sinful doesn't mean its not. God knows best and He knows whats right. If He says something is wrong, then its wrong. Just b/c we are ignorant enough to deny it.
