My hair from the roots is real greasy, almost like I have way too much product in it, but I dont. I dyed my hair like 3 times in a week span cause I couldn't get the right hair color. But now I can't wash this grease/stickiness/stiffness out. what product do I use to restore it?

you dyed your hair 3 times in a week?????
wow, you are lucky your hair did not break off....
wash it with very gently shampoo, leave the shampoo on for a few minutes, then rinse with some diluted white vineagar. i would only use conditioner on the ends of your hair, not the top, since somehow that seems to be holding the stickiness.
please, do not do that again, good luck

First of all was the dye perm ant? If so you should never dye your hair that often. I would think it would be the opposite and be very dry or even worse. If you have the product and it has an 1-800 number call them and maybe they can help. Good luck.
