I tried Alta Vista but the Polish guy I emailed said it made no sense at all. Any other better sites - maybe if you speak Polish you could answer this one better.

Why not use the job centre,,most Polish people who are here in the UK can already speak very good English,,treat them right and you will have a very loyal hard working team

Try your local language school or aadult eduacation centre where Polish is taught, to see if one of the tutors does private translation; if they teach it they will be able to speak it and hopefully you will only need to pay them for the odd hour here and there.
