Good question, you could debate the size of the jar and the apple.
Apple sauce comes in jars. But I know you can get an egg into a milk bottle by leaving the egg to soak in vinegar for ages (I think it's a month), this makes the shell rubbery and flexible, and you can squeeze it through the hole without breaking the egg. Then if you put water in the bottle and leave it for a few days the shell hardens up.

Yes, depending on the size of the apple and the size of the jar.
Usually the Entrance bit to the jar is small, so it would be difficult, but if it's wide necked then it's fine/

depends on the jar, and the apple.
you know what'd be cool though? to grow an apple in a jar. specifically a square jar, so that it grows into a cube. then smash the jar and you have an apple cube!!

You have to put it in unfurled with little strings leading out of the jar. Then you pull the strings and the apple expands and you can put the lid on and then you have an apple in a jar. Clever innit?

Depends on the size of the jar, and whether or not the apple is cut.

If you have nothing better to do than ask stupid questions about bananas in boxes and apples in jars then why don't you go outside and play with your toys like a good little child.

Why not, get a big enough jar! Poach it and add spices and a bit of booze. Tart up the jar and give as a Christmas or anytime present.

juice the apple, then it definitely will. I reckon you could pit about 3 apples in a jam jar if you juiced them all.

Of course. Peel it, core it, microwave it for 10 minutes, mash it up with a hand blender and voila it will go in the jar - Applesauce!
