Sometimes it gets uncomfortbale to sit down it comes and goes. And lately it starts to bleed does anyone have a answer to what it could be?

I agree with the possibility of a fistula - could be caused by Crohn's Disease.
You should go to your doctor and have it checked out.

I'm not sure what you have got but it sounds as though it could be a fistula and it needs to be treated before it gets any worse (if that's what it is) Go and see your doctor as soon as you can. Good luck.

Not without seeing it. U need to have a dr take a look, especially if it has been there a while and it is a recurring problem.
