you can't make anyone lesson to every thing you say that's not far, how would you like it if your husband had the same felling. and good marriage is when you can give and take. you can never win all the time.

The answer is in your question. You can't "make" someone listen, but you can learn to be more interesting,
The best way would be to only speak the words that are worth listening to. Think before you speak. Don't ramble. Choose subjects that are important to him. Take a breath once in a while to give him time to absorb what you've said. Involve him in the conversation, ask his opinion. I truly hope this helps you.

tricky, remember they are easily confused so if you say too much they just stop listening. Say as little as possible but make it clear when you do speak you expect to be listened to. Never ever argue over trivial things, it's a waste of time and energy but when you do decide to take a stand, first be absolutely sure you are right and arguing from an unbeatable position then don't budge.
I've been married 23 years now and never lose and argument (you can ask my husband).

Talk to him not condescendingly but in a conversational manner. Men hate to be dictated because of their male ego. Never correct them in public or when the kids or relatives are listening in. Always do it in private and don't scold. Tell him how you feel, do not attack him and point a finger at him. No matter how hurting the words we say , it is the manner of saying them that usually hurts the other person.

There is no need for your husband to listen what ever u says. But if u want to make him listen you talk nice things first then say something else. Don"t tell something bad about his family. Men may not like it. So talk short and sweet things . Have a good talking!

Husbands do what we call as the Conditional Hearing. They only hear suites them and delete the remaning. So the best you can do is speak to the point and hope they have heard exactly what you have said.
