It's getting more difficult when you are closing the single digit body fat percentage, but I should be possible. Nutritional experts say that you should avoid losing more than about a pound a week to not lose too much muscle, so keep that in mind. My tip would be to add exchange some of the cardio with high intensity interval training if you are currently not doing that. It's tough, but really effective for shedding fat.

22 divided by 21 = 1 pound and a few ounces. Watch your caloric intake. Make sure you are burning more calories than you are ingesting. People loose 1/2 a pound just by sleeping. Stay hydrated and stay active. When you do eat stay away from fatty and high glycemic foods. When you work out stress those areas that you want to loose fat in; waist, legs, upper body, etc. Run or jog or walk a 5K.

my sister lost 9-11 kgs in a month or less. she exercise ALOT! she controlled her diet by eating healthy foods, cereals, nuts and fruits in the morning. afternoon she will eat fish noodle which is less oily and for dinner she ate salads. if you want to lose so much weight in just 3 weeks you need to have the determination. exercise alot and control your diet. you will gain back your weight and fats once you stop exercising. all the best to you

habit
willpower
sacrifice
commitment.
How much sweat u remove is important, for burning of calories.
Eat raw food as much as possible like cucumber, carrot etc.
fibrous food.
Avoid fried food. Potatoes, rice, butter.
Drink more water. Measure it 8 litres.
