It's a combination of female hormone (estrogen) and the extra-special care that women take, in regards to their skin. You don't see (at least *I* haven't) men washing their bodies with loofahs, pumice stones and using a moisturizing soap ... followed by a good moisturizing lotion. We like to feel good for our men. *sigh* ... the things we do to keep our man happy ... :)

I think some females have softer skin because they use lotions and stuff and men don't. But then again, i know a few males with really smooth and women with really rough skin..maybe it's just a sterotype

That's a stereotype, I'm a guy and my skin is much softer than my wife's. But that's because I've never done a hard day's work in my life, and she was a mechanic for the Air Force.

To make men feel good, to discaurage those practising homesexual, and since God created man and removed a bone from him to make waman the different is clear, women body must be flexible or softer to touch to make man feel happy when ever they are with thier wife

Nah, I dunno, I think it's just a natural part of being a woman.
Besides, I think women care more about having soft skin then men, most of the time.

maybe it's because they tend to take care of it more...most males don't bother to put on body lotion.
