there are 4 inches in a hand, so
15.2hh = 15x4 + 2 = 62 inches and
14.2hh = 14x4 + 2 = 58 inches

so in answer to your question, the horse would be 4 inches taller

14.2 hands means 14 hands and two inches.
15.2 hands means 15 hands and two inches.
So a 15.2 hand horse would be four inches or 10.16cm taller than a 14.2 hand horse
