I have been married to my wife for 3 years and 2 kids later. I have decided enough is a enough. I love my wife but her habits are not like mine anymore. Bless her heart but she looks like a man eating whale in the tub and if I dont leave her soon she might eat all my money away. What are the steps to divorcing my wife. I am not worried about having custody of the kids I feel I need to start over with my life. Kinda like a muligan.

First thing you should do is to cut her off from your money so she cannot access any of it. Next, tell her you are filing for divorce and why. Next, go get an attorney and follow his directions.

First, don't tell us you love your wife and then describe her as being a whale. At least be man enough to state the truth that you just don't lover her. Go see a divorce attorney and he'll do the rest. As far the your children, you helped to make them so now you have the responsibility for $$ support even if you don't love them. What an arrogant *** you are.

Have you ever tried talking to your wife about how you feel? If your wife has gained weight over the past three years, maybe she's been eating a lot because she's not happy with you? Gaining weight is not uncommon after two pregnancies by the way.

yeah i get that feeling too...why not try to determine how and why things broke down...you must have got married for a reason..marriage is a commitment, commitments can be broken bought you ought to truly at least understand the nature of the commitment...im not sure you do here.
