If you were in a situation where you like this girl/boy, for you to be able to catch her/him, how would you do it. Would you start a bond of friendship? would you straight up tell her/him? would you wait for a very long time without telling her/him how you feel?
well for mine, I have deeply fallen in love with her yet how I react is as if we are only friends and I have known her for 3 weeks so far. The important question really is, am I doing the right thing? share your thoughts.

if you can't pick up on her body language and the things she says in three weeks, then I despair for you. Maybe you haven't got enough years under your belt yet. A woman will give out all the signs. Do her eyes dilate when you meet? Does she take your hand spontaneously? Does she sit touching you ? If you can't pick up on anything and she tells you she likes you but only as friends. Move on

Life is short, you never know what can happen tomorrow. Talk to her, maybe she feels the same way, maybe she doesn't. You say its only been 3 weeks, really only time can tell. If you want, ask her out.

For me, I think the best relationships start out as a friendship. I would rather spend the rest of my life with a best friend over someone I just met and knew nothing about.

The best relationships are usually based on friendship so I don't think it's a bad thing to really get to know her. ( maybe once you get to know her she's, not all that great). If it really works out , friendshipwise, between the two of you, you can always take that extra step. Good luck.

Yes, friendship is first. I think it is time to ask her to some function with you. It will progress from there. She is likely wondering why you haven't ask her. Even out to share an ice cream or soda will do.
