They have no prayer life, unless they pray and worship themselves and in their final days, they think there is nothing more. An open forum as this is ideal to mock others as they dare not walk in a church to proclaim those attending that God is not real, but each unto themselves. To battle in the security of ones home is a way to remain faceless. Christians and others should learn that if Christ stood in front of them and returned the atheist would say He is not real. The Holy Spirit is left here to deliver the calling to the unbeliever, so all a Christian should do is turn the other cheek and reply they will pray for them.
Saul ( Paul) was a hunter and killer of Christians, and look what he became to the world and the bible, but remember he was converted not by a man.

Many atheists are interested in the same questions. They have views about the issues in question as well.
Many questions of a religious nature are scientific questions. That is, they pertain to the nature of the universe, and thus are subject to scientific theories and the scientific method. The very question of the origin of the universe is a scientific question. If God created the universe it would be a different universe than if not.
Also, statistically atheists on average are more well informed about religion and religious questions than theists, and feel they can answer said questions well.

Why do people answer question in the Mythology & Folklore section when they know that the Little Mermaid doesn't exist? We can be rational and knowledgeable about a subject without believing in its existence. Plus, there isn't one set path to belief in God, there are many religions with many ways of belief. And as a student of History (B.A., Tulane), I find this subject rather interesting. EDIT: I don't obviously believe in Mythology & Folklore either, but they are very interesting to me! I find stories such as Beowulf and Hans Christian Anderson's writings to be very fascinating and interesting!

Because atheiests are going to be your more analytical people, many who have studied religion and have made a consious decision not to believe. Remember that atheists aren't bad people. They would like to believe, and would love to have proof, but at some point they thought, "you know this religion, which downplays all of the others as false or superstition, seems just as uncertain as those and maybe it's all just mass delustion to escape the finality of death. Prove me wrong, please.

Because a lot of those questions are directed at us, that's why. I very rarely answer a religious question unless there is the word atheist in the question somewhere.
I figure the person asking the question may be seeing a glimmer of reality and actually be seeking some information.

Because most athiests have given this matter a great deal of thought before making their choice in whether to believe in God or not. For many it was a long and even painful process.

Atheists are persons created by God to condemn religion and religious belief. They even question the very existence of god not realising that the entire human active powers are god's and not of the individual. Why the atheist is not able to rejuvenate himself periodically? Why cant he avoid or postpone death.?
There are many things an atheist cannot do but would not admit his inability. They have few platforms to express their opinion. so they speak on this platform
