I've been in a relationship for almost 6 years she was my first love. Over the time we were together i felt unhappy so I decided to tell her that. She wasn't happy with that because she felt that we were okay. But I felt that I needed space. So we seperated but were still close. After a while I felt like maybe being alone wasn't what i really wanted. So i finally told her that I was sorry and that i still loved her and was just confused about what I wanted. But I was to late she had found someone else. When I found out that I was sick, angry and hated everything about love. I couldn't stand it I let the person that I loved so much go and it hurted so much knowing that she was with someone else. I have been taking it really hard I cant stop thinking about her and all the moments that we shared. My heart is hurting and i cant stand it I want to get over her but its so hard what do i do?

Sorry hon, but things like this happen. I have a feeling that if she hadn't found someone else you wouldn't of felt so bad.

You need to move on. Stop your over thinking on this. There are other fish in the sea.

Who knows you might find the most amazing girl on the planet becasue you broke up with this gal.

Time to deal with it.

My advice is to get busy. I have been through the same thing so I started mountain biking alot. Both to get my mind over her and to get in shape thinking if she saw me as really healthy instead of a lazy average guy she would want me back. Two months later I had completely forgotten her, met two women who also loved to mountain bike and gotten in really good shape. The best part is now I have a great new hobby and couldn't care less about her

You need some self-discovery time, when being with someone that long almost all your daily activities included them, so much of what you do remind you of them. I went Through a similar situation, but I started taking walks which turned to all day nature hikes in some national and state parks. That solitude helped me reflect on and realign my life to move forward to a more emotionally healthy life

I want to ask you....did you learn anything from what u did?you can't just come and go as you please in someone elses life and expect them to be there when you decide you want to come back.
Time heals all wounds.Keep busy find things you like to do.Each day will get better with the next. You will get thru this.

You are hurting so bad because you are still alone. Its not because you really wanted her back but because you want what you can't have. And it probbly pissed you off that she has already moved on. Trust me you probbly don't want to be with her but you rather not be alone.

The Best thing to do is find anouther. Get a good rebound girl and move on with your life.

Now you have some bonding time with your guy friends. Hopefully they're all single so that you guys can enjoy going to the bars and clubs, hollaring at girls like when you were young. God I miss those days.

Must not have been a biggie to her if she found someone so fast. Move on, meet someone new, best way to forget one. It'll get better.
